Privacy Policy

Effective August 25, 2026

AnydayFaith is operated in the United States by Grant Noe. This policy explains how AnydayFaith handles information when churches, ministries, their leaders, parents, guardians, and authorized youth members use the service.

Information we collect

Account information: name, email address, telephone number, account identifiers, organization membership, roles, and authentication records.

Organization and ministry information: church profile, groups, leaders, families, schedules, lessons, attendance, rewards, permissions, and administrative settings.

Family and youth information: names, age or grade information, family relationships, attendance, participation, progress, and other records entered by an authorized adult or organization.

Communications and content: prayer requests and replies, lesson material, family updates, support requests, and moderation reports. Photos are not enabled in the initial production release.

Device and technical information: device type, app version, security logs, diagnostics needed to operate the service, and push-notification tokens when a user enables notifications.

Billing information: organization subscription status and limited transaction metadata. Payment-card details are collected and processed by Stripe on the AnydayFaith website and are not stored by the mobile app.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, provide organization-authorized ministry tools, deliver requested communications, maintain security, prevent abuse, provide support, administer organization subscriptions, comply with law, and improve service reliability. The initial production release does not use personal information for advertising, third-party analytics, AI processing, or Twilio SMS.

How information is shared

Information may be shared with the church or organization that manages the relevant community and with service providers working on our behalf. Current providers include Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; Firebase when push notifications are enabled; and Stripe for organization billing on the website. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information and do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Organizations and user access

Churches and other organizations control the records they enter and decide which authorized members may access them. Organization administrators are responsible for obtaining appropriate permission before entering information about families or youth and for keeping roles and access current.

Youth privacy

AnydayFaith is designed primarily for adult ministry administrators, leaders, parents, and guardians. Direct accounts are not intended for children under 13. A user aged 13 through 17 may use an account only when invited or authorized by a participating organization and with any permission required from a parent or guardian. Adults and organizations may enter limited records about younger children for ministry administration. If we learn that a child under 13 directly created an account or provided personal information without required authorization, contact us so we can investigate and delete or appropriately restrict the information.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while an account or participating organization is active and as needed to provide the service. Unless an organization or user requests deletion, historical ministry records may be retained indefinitely at the organization’s direction.

Users can initiate account deletion from Settings in the app. We aim to delete the account and associated personal content within 30 days after verification. We may retain limited financial, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or legal records for the period required for those purposes. Residual backup copies may remain until overwritten under normal backup procedures and will not be restored except for disaster recovery.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted network connections, operating-system credential storage, database row-level security, and restricted administrative credentials. No service can guarantee absolute security. Please contact us promptly if you believe an account or organization has been compromised.

Your choices

You may update profile information in the app, manage notification preferences, request account deletion, report concerning prayer content, or contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or other applicable privacy rights. Organization-managed records may also require coordination with the relevant organization administrator.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service or law changes. We will post the revised effective date here and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
