Terms of Service

Effective August 25, 2026

Agreement

These Terms govern access to AnydayFaith, operated by Grant Noe in Tennessee, United States. By creating or using an account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use AnydayFaith for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization.

Who may use the service

AnydayFaith is intended primarily for adults. You must be at least 13 to hold a direct account. Users aged 13 through 17 may use the service only with authorization from a participating organization and any permission required from a parent or guardian. The service is not directed to children under 13.

Organization responsibilities

Participating churches and organizations control membership, roles, and ministry records in their communities. Organizations are responsible for ensuring that their administrators have authority to enter information, that appropriate notices and consents have been obtained for family and youth information, and that access is removed when no longer appropriate.

Accounts and security

Provide accurate information, protect access to your account, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. You may not share access in a way that defeats organization permissions or impersonate another person.

Acceptable use

Do not use AnydayFaith to threaten, harass, exploit, deceive, discriminate against, or endanger another person; distribute sexually explicit or unlawful material; expose confidential family or youth information without authorization; introduce malicious code; probe or bypass security; scrape the service; or interfere with another user or organization.

User and organization content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant AnydayFaith a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it.

Prayer requests and replies can be reported in the app. Users may block another member’s prayer content, and organization administrators may archive members who misuse the service. We may restrict or remove content or accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, policy enforcement, legal compliance, or service integrity.

Organization subscriptions

AnydayFaith subscriptions are sold only to churches and other organizations through the AnydayFaith website. The iOS app does not sell subscriptions. Organization billing, pricing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the terms shown to the organization billing administrator during web checkout and by applicable law. Individual members receive access through their organization.

Privacy and deletion

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Users may initiate account deletion in the app. Organization records associated with multiple users may require removal or anonymization that preserves legitimate organizational, financial, security, or legal records.

No professional or emergency service

AnydayFaith provides ministry administration and communication tools. It is not an emergency service and does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or mandatory-reporting advice. Call 911 or the appropriate local authority for an emergency. Prayer requests should not be used for urgent safety reporting.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may use feature flags to withhold unfinished integrations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve data and communicate material service changes.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnydayFaith and Grant Noe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Termination

You may stop using the service or request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation, security risk, unlawful use, nonpayment by an organization, or risk to another person. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your location remain in effect.
