Help with AnydayFaith accounts, organizations, privacy, and safety
Email hello@anydayfaith.com. Include the email address on your account, your organization name, a short description of the problem, and screenshots that do not expose unnecessary family or youth information.
Account and access help
For sign-in codes, profile corrections, organization access, or suspected account compromise, email support. Organization administrators manage member roles and community access.
Privacy and account deletion
Account deletion can be initiated from Settings → Delete account in the app. For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy questions, email support with “Privacy request” in the subject. We will verify the request and aim to complete account deletion within 30 days.
Report content or a user
For a prayer request or reply, open the message actions menu and choose Report concern. You may also choose Block user to hide that member’s prayer content. Reports are reviewed with a target initial response within 24 hours. You can also email support with “Safety report” in the subject.
Organization administrators can archive a member who violates organization rules or the AnydayFaith Terms. Immediate danger, suspected abuse, or criminal activity should be reported to 911 or the appropriate local authority; AnydayFaith is not an emergency service.
Organization billing
Subscriptions are purchased and managed only by church or organization billing administrators on the AnydayFaith website. Individual members are not charged through the iOS app. Billing administrators should include the organization name and billing email when contacting support.
Response times
We aim to acknowledge general support requests within two business days and safety reports within 24 hours. Complex account, organization, or legal requests may take longer, but we will provide status updates when additional time is required.
